This Porsche 914 Fire Chief car was made by the Ichiko company of Korea. Check out the link on the company name and you will find this company made some highly collectible (and highly priced) toys.  

While this exhibit was likely built in the early 1970s it still retains a quality build the 50s and 60s are best known for.  Featuring an all tin construction, a deep and detailed interior, flashing red light on top and the common mystery bump-n-go action this toy had some decent features to keep up with instantly recognizeable Porsche 914 sports car.
