The C-8 for the paint was because the scratch is noticeable (stands out on black paint) with disclosure of the repair we were conservative and graded this at a C-8 overall that looks every bit the part of a C-9.

Very few minor scratches, nicks. One noticeable small (1/2 inch) light scratch on top of piano. Rubs around base edge with missing paint (very hard to see unless magnified).
